Whiskey Row Lofts is a combination of 2 beautiful historic buildings that have recently been restored to show off their unique features and details while providing the best of downtown living in a mixed-use building.
Gorgeous apartments in two Civil War-era buildings offer unique living spaces in the midst of downtown’s newest entertainment district, next door to the KFC Yum! Center and surrounded by all of downtown. Two styles of apartments offer high ceilings, lots of natural light, large windows, some in 2-story loft spaces. Original materials like wood flooring, plaster, and windows remain where possible, and reclaimed wood from throughout the building has found various new uses.
