Volunteers of America moving headquarters to Guthrie-Coke Building

At a press conference this morning, the Louisville chapter of Volunteers of America announced they will be moving their headquarters to the Guthrie-Coke Building at the northwest corner of Fourth and Chestnut Streets. The move should take place later this year as renovation of their spaces is completed. They will occupy approximately 10,000 square feet on the 1st and 2nd levels of the building, sharing space with other retail tenants and 16 market-rate apartments. CITY Properties Group is the developer and designer for the project, and will own and manage the property once occupied.
