CityHome at the Edge featured in Louisville Magazine

The September 2012 issue of Louisville Magazine features a CityHome at the Edge Neighborhood! This new style of housing in downtown Louisville offers beautiful, open spaces with modern finishings (many selected by the buyers themselves), plus some amenities not found anywhere else in downtown Louisville. Glassworks Rooftop Concert Series continues

The music continues on the Glassworks roof deck this summer, with Canago on Friday, August 17 and Cosa Seria on Sunday, August 19.

Clay Commons & Glassworks Garages featured in parking publication

The Clay Commons Garage and the Glassworks Garage, both City Properties Group projects, were recently featured in the August 2012 issue of The International Parking Institute's publication, The Parking Professional. The article features 3 new parking structures in downtown Louisville that have taken lessons and inspiration from historic garages, while adding sustainable and convenient features made possible by modern technology.

Park Edge nearing completion

Construction is progressing rapidly on the new Park Edge buildings at the Edge. Restaurants and apartments will open this fall, adding to the mix of uses in the Edge neighborhood. 

The 9 market-rate apartments will offer a reasonably-priced living option within easy walking distance of the medical district and NuLu.

3 retail spaces will bring additional food choices to the neighborhood and the hospital district.

Look for completion in September.
