Opened in March 2011, this new parking structure offers options for Louisville Museum Row visitors, as well as residential and commercial tenants in the Glassworks District. CITY Properties Group built on established commercial and public relationships to design and construct a garage that contains offices for commercial tenants and 425 parking spaces. Green screens on the garage enliven the facades and will continue the focus on landscaping in the Glassworks District.

The Glassworks Garage was featured in the August 2012 issue of The Parking Professional, a publication of the International Parking Institute.
